Bowling

To simplify arrangements our representatives usually pre book any lunches or snacks required at the bowling clubs. Most clubs have bowls available for hire at a minimal fee, some will even loan free of charge. We suggest you take your own bowling shoes, which must be flat, although some clubs have a limited supply for hire.

1 Benavista Bowls Club

2 Superbowl

Just over a mile inland from Puerto Banus, this very friendly club has a 7 rink Greengauge carpet green and a small clubhouse.

3 Santa Maria Bowls Club

Set amid 1000 acres of woodland and hills, this club was host to the Spanish National Bowling Championships. It has two full sized carpet greens, a fully stocked bowls store and a nice clubhouse with bar and restaurant. 20 minutes from Fuengirola.

4 Miraflores Bowls Club

Miraflores has two 8 rink carpets and a very pleasant club lounge with a bar providing drinks and snacks. Only 15 minutes from Fuengirola. You're guaranteed a warm welcome from this family run club.

5 Mijas Bowls Club

Only 10 minutes drive from Fuengirola, this is a nice club in the pretty area of Mijas. The club is owned by its members and has a good quality 6 rink carpet, with a large clubhouse and bar serving hot snacks.

6 Benalmadena Bowls Club

This brand new 8 rink green is situated in the hills overlooking the town of Benalmadena and the sea. It is connected to the local golf course and is run by international bowler Nick Cole.

7 Belplaya Bowls Club

This 8 rink green in the grounds of the Riu Belplaya Hotel, has recently been refurbished and boasts a large membership and a very good surface to bowl on.
