“We knew the Riu hotels had an excellent reputation so our group was really looking forward to staying at this hotel. The large entrance hall and champagne reception were very impressive, but we also felt instantly relaxed as the hotel and its staff are extremely welcoming. Our room was fabulous - spacious with wonderful sea views and tastefully decorated. The food was excellent - it certainly lived up to the Riu reputation, with a hearty breakfast and extensive buffets to choose from every night. Several of our group made use of the indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, while others preferred to lounge in the sunshine or stroll along the beach after some first class bowls matches. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Riu Palace and our group has already booked for next year!”
